HullVac Options: Inlet Elbow Manifold (IEM)

Allows oil splashed out from pump vibration to be drained back into the pump.

Automatic Inlet Vent Valve (IV)

Prevents accidental oil being pulled into the manifold and process chamber. Vents the chamber to atmosphere.

Pneumatically Actuated Inlet Isolation Valve (AV)

In the event of a power failure, the vacuum manifold will be sealed from atmosphere while pump is vented. Prevents oil being pulled from the vacuum pump into the manifold and process chamber. This option includes the Automatic Inlet Vent Valve.

Water Miser Valve (WMV)

Reduces cooling water flow while controlling pump temperature. Prevents damage due to excessive heating. Optimizes water evaporation from oil supply.

Inlet Filter (IF)

Traps particulate larger than the internal clearances of the pump (5 micron).

Oil Mist Eliminator (OME)

Strips atomized oil droplets from the exhaust stream reducing the appearance of smoke.
